The Boland Companies

A high-level review of the entire Boland organization. Learn about the businesses we are in and the various products and services we bring to our clients. You'll see how Boland is organized and structured to accomplish what we do and how the various Boland teams relate to one another. We'll also discuss the Boland / Ingersoll Rand (Trane) relationship. After this session, participants should understand how they fit into the overall scheme of things and personally contribute to Boland's success. This is also a great opportunity for associates to ask about issues or questions that have occurred to them but have not been addressed by other training sessions.
