Many things you touch on an inspection can effect a building's energy usage. This class provides an understanding of what energy is, how HVAC equipment and systems can impact energy consumption, and what you can do to help your clients save money. It emphasizes skill development in using data from a building automation system (BAS) to improve building operation. By the end of the class a technician or engineer will feel empowered to recognize energy conservation measures (ECMs) and advise clients on energy saving strategies.
